What kind of breakfast is served?
A buffet breakfast with hot and cold dishes, fresh products and coffee is served every morning at the Europa Classic restaurant. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available, and breakfast to go can be arranged.
Is there a swimming pool and sauna?
Yes, guests can use the indoor pool, the sauna and the fitness room.
Can I park at the hotel?
Private parking is available on site for EUR 15 per day. Reservation of a space is not possible.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:30 AM. Please let the hotel know your expected arrival time in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. Charges may apply.
Is there an airport shuttle?
An airport shuttle is available 24 hours a day at an extra charge and has to be reserved in advance.
How far is the Old Town?
The Old Town is about one kilometre away, an easy walk along the Neris River.
Is WiFi free?
Yes, WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel free of charge.
